SEEDS: 
Our paper is embedded with lavender seeds which are naturalized and safe to grow within North America.  Germination rate is approximately 50% and is not guaranteed as sprouting is dependent on the user properly following the planting instructions.  Currently we only ship to customers based within the (50) United States.

REMEMBER, THIS IS A HANDMADE PRODUCT:
Please remember that these cards are handmade and printed in a small facility.  This means that there may be imperfections.  Each card is folded by hand and quality checked by a real person.  Sometimes seed distribution, paper thickness, print quality and/or fold imperfections will occur but this is a charming quality about our cards and we take pride in that.  Each card is unique and made with love (for animals).
 
LOGO SUBMISSION: 
Once you complete your order, the confirmation message you receive will instruct you to email us your logo file.  Upon receiving your logo, our artwork team will proceed with designing your card.  If you don't have a copy of your logo, that's okay - if we have not received a logo from you within 24 hours of your order, we will pull your logo from your website.  You will receive a proof of your card design within 48 hours for your review. 
*If you have placed an order with us previously, you do not need to send us your logo.  If you are placing an "exact reprint" order, there is no need to send us your logo and we will proceed with printing immediately and not send you a proof, unless requested.
 
ARTWORK PROOFS:
Within 48 hours of placing your order, we will email you a proof of your card design(s).  Cards will not proceed with printing until your approval has been received.  If you are placing an "exact reprint" order, we will proceed with printing immediately and not send you a proof, unless requested.
